We ship orders within India through trusted and registered courier partners to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Estimated delivery timelines are mentioned on the product description page of each item.

Our standard delivery time is 2–7 working days from the date of dispatch.

Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered working days for standard deliveries.

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all domestic orders.

Tracking and Delivery

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with:

  • The tracking number, and

  • The courier partner’s details.

You can track your order:

  • Using the Order Status option in the My Account section of our website.

  • By entering the tracking/consignment number on the courier partner’s website.

  • By contacting us at support@kwalityscoffee.com or on +91 96111 11107.

  • Correct postal code, and

  • Valid mobile number.

Kwality's Coffee will not be responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details, and refunds will not be provided in such cases.
