Cancellations for coffee orders will only be accepted if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order has been roasted, whichever occurs first.
Once roasting has begun, the order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
We do not offer returns or exchanges or refund for coffee products except in cases where:
The product is damaged during shipping.
There is a spillage issue during transit.
If your order qualifies under the above conditions, we will provide an exchange for the affected product only.
To request an exchange, customers must:

Share clear images showing all sides of the damaged or spilled product.
Provide an uncut video of the product or parcel being opened, clearly showing the damage or spillage.
Only after verification of the submitted evidence will the exchange be processed.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with:
The tracking number, and
The courier partner’s details.
You can track your order:
Using the Order Status option in the My Account section of our website.
By entering the tracking/consignment number on the courier partner’s website.

📦 Our delivery partners will make up to three (3) delivery attempts before the package is returned to us.
If the order is returned after 3 unsuccessful attempts, no refunds will be provided.
Exchanges will be provided only for the same product originally ordered.
Requests without the required images or video evidence will not be processed.
All exchange claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
